Resident Desks — £250 per month
Want a consistent base for your business? A resident desk gives you a dedicated spot in the hub with added perks — ideal if you’re growing, meeting clients regularly, or just sick of working from home.
Advertising Opportunities
If your customers are local, visibility matters. YCC offers simple, affordable advertising opportunities that put your business in front of people every day — including visitors to the hub and footfall around Falsgrave Road.

£39 p/m for in window TV advertising
£50 p/m premium window advertising spaces (limited availability)
