Why Yorkshire Coast Connections Exists
Yorkshire Coast Connections started as a simple idea: a shared workspace for Ben & Geoff.
We were looking at properties and realised something obvious — if we needed a proper space to work, meet clients, and stay productive, other local business owners probably did too.
So YCC grew into something bigger: a modern business hub built to serve the Scarborough, Whitby and Bridlington business community — a drop-in centre where people can work, connect, film content, learn new skills, and actually move their business forward.
This isn’t “old school office rental.”
No beige desks.
No cubicles.
This is a new wave of business and entrepreneurship - a modern workspace, digital training, podcast and media facilities, inclusive events, and private growth spaces like the Inner Circle.
We opened in August 2025 and have gone from strength to strength — building a genuine community through networking, supporting local projects, educating business owners, and producing rapidly growing podcasts that shine a light on what’s happening on the Yorkshire Coast.
Our aim is simple: improve turnover for local businesses by giving them the environment, connections, and support to grow — and in doing so, help create more employment opportunities across the region.
